ReAwakening Your Roots Retreat

Unwind, relax, reset and reconnect… with self, the human and more than human world.

This weekend retreat is an invitation to the remembrance that you are connected to everything.

We have a saying in Nature Therapy ‘The Forest is the Therapist and the Guide opens the doors’…

Our ‘Therapists ‘for this immersive experience is a pristine foothills forest,  grassy meadow, cool fall breeze , expansive night skies ,the sun, deer, birds and whoever else shows up from the more than human world.

I am Amarin Dawn and I am honoured to be your guide.

Over these these two and a half days together you will be invited to explore the infinite web of interconnection  through gentle yoga practices,  mindfulness meditation softly guided in natural spaces, nature therapy walks, solo wanderings and fireside conversation.  Pauses will be be offered throughout the weekend to listen to your personal needs, maybe you are called to take a long nap in a hammock. Let’s laugh and play together, investigate, invite interest and curiosity, take the time to pause to savour presence, silence, joy, peace, love and our shared gratitude and compassion for this life.
