ABOUT
Nature therapy walks are slow, guided experiences in nature that provide opportunities to connect to others, self, and the More-than-Human World.
The natural world around us is transforming! Birdsong, green leaves, emerging wild flowers , flowing water and warm gentle breezes!
Join Amarin for a Nature Therapy walk, let’s slow down, and unwind, breathe, wander, reconnect, simply witness the arriving of Summer with senses wide open! Nourishing snack/tea included.
"In these times of uncertainty, it can be easy to forget our connectedness and recoil from the world in an attempt to numb ourselves. These are the times when the spirit and the heart of Forest & Nature Therapy is needed most. Whatever happens in the next few months, we hope that you will continue to reach towards connection. If these times are a threshold, let us cross it together, with each other and with the More-than-Human-World." -ANFT
If you are a front line Health worker, or would like to attend but have financial limitations please email us here. We will gladly gift you the experience.
